GSPROUD

You won’t want to miss out on GSProud Week! Make sure to mark your calendars for the events the week of November 6th – our student board has been working tirelessly to plan and execute a week of fun, community building, empowering events! You might be asking, “What is GSProud?!?” In short it is a week of visibility and celebration for all who identify as first-generation and/or low-income (FGLI) at Georgetown. During this week of celebration, we highlight the great stories, contributions, and achievements of our FGLI student population. We encourage FGLI faculty, staff, and our beloved GSP Grads to join in on the celebration online via our social media campaign or in-person at our events! We are aligning our week of celebration with the annual FGCC Day (opens in new tab)! Be sure to join in our social media campaigns to share why you are #GSProud and at our events!

We’re not just celebrating – we’re educating and engaging campus partners and allies on how to best support and uplift GSPers.
